I had the honor of shooting Rachel’s & Luke intimate wedding under the gazebo at Pelican Bay Hotel this past weekend. Marva of Chic Weddings Bahamas was the event planner extraordinaire and the details were just so so pretty. With purple & sunshine yellow as their wedding colors, Rachel & Luke celebrated their marriage with their daughter Brooke & 16 close friends & family. I especially loved the Lucite chairs and the mini tiered wedding cake. I loved all the wonderful little details like the shell wrapped around the satin ribbons, the orchids ties backs on the chairs & the delicate crystal chandeliers hanging in the marque.
I guess I was just reminiscing because this was the exact same color scheme of my own wedding and the long arrangement of the table was exactly what Doug & I decided on.
I remember wanting everyone to feel equally important and loved and for the wedding to have a family feel. Rachel & Luke really achieved this. What do you think? Leave a comment, it great to hear your thoughts.
