When Jess and Chris envisioned their wedding, they dreamed of a setting so magical it seemed almost unreal. Their destination wedding, skillfully planned by Marva Johnson at Chic Bahamas Weddings came true on a sandbar in the stunning Exuma, The Bahamas.
The day began with excitement as Jess prepared at the Grand Isle Resort. Surrounded by her bridesmaids and flower girls, the atmosphere was filled with laughter. Ann Glinton worked her magic on Jess’ hair, and Karin Knowles followed with flawless makeup, enhancing Jess’ natural beauty and making her glow with bridal radiance. Meanwhile, Chris was also getting ready with his groomsmen. He received a sharp, stylish haircut from Billion Dollar Cut Barber, ensuring he looked his absolute best.
Sandbar Wedding Ceremony
Imagine exchanging vows with your toes in soft, white sand, surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water as far as the eye can see. Jess and Chris chose an idyllic sandbar in the middle of the ocean for their ceremony. As the couple arrived by boat, their guests were already gathered on the sandbar, the gentle waves providing a soothing soundtrack to the day. Jess looked radiant in her breathtaking gown from Luxe Redux Bridal. Chris’s suit from Suit’s Supply made him look amazing. The couple exchanged vows under a simple yet elegant arch adorned with local flowers and greenery. As they said “I do,” the guests cheered, their joy echoing across the water.
Reception at the 23 North Terrace
Following the unforgettable ceremony, the celebration continued at 23 North Terrace. Tables were adorned with blush rose centerpieces from Anna Floral Design. Soft, twinkling lights draped overhead created an enchanting atmosphere. Jess and Chris shared their first dance as a married couple under the stars, a moment so perfect it seemed like it was straight out of a fairy tale. DJ iGnite played a mix of their favorite tunes, and soon enough, everyone was on their feet, dancing the night away.
