Our relationship together starts with a scheduled phone call. We want to get to know you, understand your vision, and what makes your family special. During this call we’ll discuss all the services we offer and figure out together which works best for you. Whether you’re looking for a formal styled shoot, candid stolen moments, or a combination of both, we’ll reflect your family in the light you want.
Once we’ve connected and decided to move forward, we’ll begin sending over key points of expert info. Ideal times and locations (if you haven’t decided already), wardrobe and styling inspo, set designs and more. With our fully equipped photography studio, Lightworx Creative, stocked with backdrops of every color and texture, multiple shooting spaces and seasonal set designs, the possibilities are endless. We’ll curate a setup that feels authentic to your family.
Nearing your custom session, we send over a detailed questionnaire mentioning everything we’d need to know: names, ages, sensitive situations, health concerns, etc. We want to be as thoughtful and considerate as possible to every member of your family. We pride ourselves on professionalism and detail.
Following your session, an in-person or virtual ordering session is scheduled so that we can go through your photos together in real time and you choose only the ones you love. The ones that resonate in your heart. Our full-service studio also provides hand-crafted wall art, photo albums, and prints ready for framing.
