Had it not been for the mangroves in the distance of the horizon, you wouldn’t be able to tell where the ocean ends and sky begins. Kamalame Cay
We absolutely cannot talk about private island wedding destinations without mentioning Kamalame Cay. This location is perhaps the most popular amongst LWP clients and has become sort of a second home for us. KC has mastered the balance of gourmet dining experiences and chic comfort, right in the heart of the Bahama islands.
The Garden of The Groves
Grand Bahama’s very own Garden of the Groves resembles something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. This botanical scene is an eye-full. Adorned with wildlife and whimsical artwork around every bend and curve, this sanctuary makes for bridal photos like no other. The cozy chapel at the top of the hill is filled with light throughout the day, which illuminates the blue and white soft color scheme.
BNT Bahamas
Much like the Garden of the Groves, the Bahamas National Trust is filled with magnificent efflorescence. Full of wildlife, campsites, and gorgeous natural backdrops for your wedding portraits, BNT is the perfect “outdoorsy” venue. If you’re lucky, you might even see a flamingo or two!
