With a cruise stop scheduled in Nassau on their Fifth anniversary, Nicole and Michael decided on this date for a very small wedding on Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island. Along with just the closest of their family, the beautiful blue waters of the ocean made a perfect backdrop to their vows. It’s such a a special feeling when a bride plans such small wedding and contacts me for their wedding photography. Nicole & I had been in contact for about 6 months before her wedding going over her detail and the logistics of the day. As she was planning her wedding on her own it was important to get even the smallest details just right.
I remember asking her about her florals and she hadn’t gotten round to organizing them, I recommended Susan of StarFish Events arrange them for her.
Officiant Matthew Sweeting, the “Island Preacha” oversaw their union and their sweet sand ceremony. Nicole & Michael’s personalized handwritten vows were touching and emotional. Including their one year old son as the ring bearer, and presenting him with a gift on their wedding day, their Cabbage Beach intimate wedding was perfect for them.
I was honored to be their photographer and wish them all of life’s blessing on their union. Here a few favorites from their day.
